堡盟推出AlphaProx電感式傳感器

Heavy Duty Proximity Sensors for Small Space Applications
Baumer Ltd. has introduced a new line of compact, high resolution inductive analog proximity sensors that are self contained and require no external electronics. Featuring integrated amplifiers in their design, AlphaProx proximity sensors are pure three-wire devices available with rugged IP67-rated chromium steel housings as small as 4 mm in diameter to withstand harsh conditions and temperature extremes.
Despite their extremely compact design, AlphaProx sensors can sense metal targets at distances ranging from 0 to 16 mm and resolutions up to 1 µm. AlphaProx sensors can be used in operating temperatures ranging from -10ºC to +70ºC. Some sensors in the line feature a teach-in function that allows the user to adjust the usable measuring range and select the effective direction of the current or voltage.
Delivering long-term reliability, AlphaProx inductive proximity sensors accurately provide position and distance measurement in a range of industrial applications including aerospace, automotive, electronics, food/beverage processing, heavy equipment, medical, metalworking, packaging, and printing.
